The number of bridges in operation has increased. Along with the increase length time are service, structural safety also decreases. Bridge substructure is a key component bridges, but there few studies on management and identification water bridge damage. Deep learning focus research field target detection, this document lightens YOLO-v4 to achieve precise intelligent determination concrete cracks. This was combined point cloud algorithm provide three-dimensional estimate faulty lesions. Finally, BIM method identifying underwater structure deck. Based Revit, an integrated system for structures put place. Performing detailed damage includes (1) 3D visualization detail model view, (2) establishment database, (3) management, (4) comprehensive inspection cycle.
